Pet Policy

$325 Non Refundable Pet Fee
$30 Pet Rent Per Month

Our current pet policies include; two pets per apartment (please refer to property exceptions), and include the following breed restrictions. Dobermann, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, American Pit Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Chows, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrids & Akitas.
